This data is used only to respond to your request and, where applicable, to support you. The legal basis is your consent and/or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Recipients and processors
Your messages are handled by Augmentum. Form submission is provided by the Formspree service (Formspree, Inc.), which forwards the content by email. The site is hosted by Hostinger. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived or deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, contact hello@augmentum.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, dataprotectionauthority.be.
Cookies and third-party services
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a technical connection to Google's servers (transmission of the IP address). No profiling is carried out.
